Booty Bands, Resistance Bands, 3 Levels Exercise Brand: Renoj

Okay, so these are life changing. I ordered these last April during quarantine and have used them weekly since then. They are super durable and don't slip!! Which is extremely important if you use booty bands because if they continuously slip it hinders your workout, and it's also super frustrating when you're in the zone and have to keep pulling them down or up. I love these bands because they come with three different resistance levels, so if you're a beginner you can start with he lightest and work your way up. Murandick Seamless Workout Leggings

FYI: I AM IN LOVE WITH THESE LEGGINGS. If you're obsessed with leggings like I am, trust me when I say, you will love them too. I love Gym Shark, and these are the closest dupes to those leggings that I can find. If you're a fan of Gym Shark but don't have $40-$60 to spend on leggings, then these are for you! They are squat proof, butt lifting with the illusion design on the backside, and have the ultimate compression for your tummy area. Dralegend Yoga Mat

This is my favorite yoga mat off of Amazon! I'm not really into yoga, but I use mine for stretching and ab workouts. Once I'm done with my run or cardio workout I always bring it back to this mat. It isn't slippery and it isn't thin, which is perfect when you're laying flat on your back and doing some difficult ab exercises. The mat is also water proof, allowing you to clean it with soap and water and not worry about it falling apart after constant cleaning. I take this with me to the gym, especially since the pandemic started because, GERMS, duh! It is very lightweight and comes with a strap so it's easy to carry around. Fifth and finally is my favorite pre workout supplement. I will say, this powder is not for the weak-hearted, it's INTENSE. I love it because it gets me extremely hype for any workout. When I say it's intense I mean it literally makes your arms and legs tingle, but that feeling will start to go away once you start to break a sweat and get your heart rate up. A lot of people don't like it because of the tingly feeling, but this is one of the reasons I love it, because I can feel it working! The fruit punch is my favorite flavor, you pour one scoop into 12oz of water and drink it 30 minutes before your workout.
