ABOUT ME

Hi I'm Scottie Stroup and this is my fitness blog. On this blog you will find all of my workouts, yummy nutritional and healthy recipes, and my fitness journey stories.

Working out is something that has helped me value myself and my mental health. It has been my therapy for the past two years, and it has helped with my anxiety and depression. 

​

Thinking about the ways I fuel my body has also been important to me. What you put into your body always comes out. Sometimes it can result in acne, weight gain, etc. I tend to go by a Mediterranean diet, focusing on healthy fats, grains, and tons of veggies. I stay away from pork and only eat red meat occasionally. I love fish, and tend to only eat chicken if it's fried, so as you can imagine I rarely eat chicken.
